new CEO every couple years, private equity group who has limited experience in software. losing marketshare to competitors, not investing in product/people to make investors happy/paid. probably getting split up and sold soon and the process will start again. avoid

My experience has been interesting. Leadership is basically great salesman that were made into managers not managers who are good at managing. The pay is crap and they pick and chose who gets merit raises, even if you hit goal many years in a row you might not get a raise. Good work life balance, nice people. Taken over by a private equity firm which has damaged culture massively through very high targets with not a lot of investment.
