Clari has gone from a growing scale-up to a company in decline, with hardly anyone hitting their target due to lack of innovation or product differentiation in a crowded market for RevTech solutions. The leadership in EMEA operates with a short-sighted transactional mindset, while lacking the strategic vision and expertise needed to capitalize on the opportunities in the International market. This was brushed under the rug during Covid boom times, but the issues are now glaringly obvious and hopefully the Execs notice and do something about it. Unless it's too late already...

My overall experience at Clari was remarkable. It's an extraordinary company, with an extraordinary product. I made life changing money while I was there and gained incredibly valuable career experiences that I will take with me forever. Like a lot of SaaS companies, Macro has been tough, but Clari is weathering the storm well.
