Current Employee ClickUp has a very young and inexperienced sales org. Most leaders have come from the same companies and won't detour from how they run things at their previous companies. If you are into pushy sales that aren't value-driven, this is your spot! The product has a lot of issues that aren't ideal for customers. Micro-management to the extreme and no real path of promotion.
