Working ar ClickUp has been fantastic so far. The product fit and the amount of quality opportunities coming in are incredible. However, I work specifically with the LATAM market and now that the North American teams has been struggling, so I'm aware that my experience doesn't reflect the entire sales org.

My overall experience was difficult despite strong effort. Product vision is exciting, but rapid org shifts, unclear expectations, and inconsistent enablement made success feel arbitrary.
