Current Employee My overall experience was difficult despite strong effort. Product vision is exciting, but rapid org shifts, unclear expectations, and inconsistent enablement made success feel arbitrary. I spent weeks without a dedicated manager during a team transition, goals moved mid-stream, and data used in reviews was sometimes inaccurate. Talented teammates, but leadership needs structured onboarding, stable territories, and accountability to create a fair playing field. I grew in resilience and self-management, yet the environment often hindered performance rather than enabling it.
