This could have been a great company. But the issue is that - the leadership cares only about the noise you make and not the work you put in or the quota you attain. They only care about their own promotion and how the employees make them look. They easily fire anyone who is empathetic. It is a sad company unfortunately. The Politics is so silly.

I do not recommend this company for sales or sales leadership roles. They prioritize activity instead of outcomes, and the leadership team lacks the experience to truly build a top performing sales org.
