Good company with a very good compensation plan sitting on the edge of being either more widely adopted thanks to the launch of a new cloud native platform or just the opposite. The opportunity lies in finding those big Jenkins shops facing problems, if not you are going to struggle (over) achieving your quota. Lack of a strong company culture as well as transparency could be increased.

Very few reps are making their number. New sales leadership is bringing a toxic culture. No respect for territories or Account assignment, Poaching is prevalent and accepted by management.
