Current Employee3.0Jun 29, 2023Great company, culture, and products, but very limited support and training.

Current Employee3.3Jan 4, 2024Cloudflare isn’t horrible, it’s a tough time in the market. Unfortunately CF treats sales reps as numbers and PIPs/termination is extremely common. Tenured reps have best accounts leaving everyone new to either get lucky or hustle extremely hard for smaller deals. Direct managers are great but leadership above them is awful. Lots of unrealistic expectations.
