This was a result of their PAYGO offerings, but unfortunately comes at the expense in Mid-Market trying to get prospects to commit to enterprise plans. Good luck to whoever ends up stuck selling to customers below 1000 employees.

Without closed/won deals in the first few months of one's tenure, they should expect to be walked out with intense deal reviews and pressures from leadership. The product is amazing and the extended team members are incredible, however.
