If you are currently interviewing for an open position at Cloudflare, especially in EMEA, do NOT do it. Most toxic sales culture I have ever experienced. No leadership (just extreme spreadsheet managers). Extreme high workloads. Many issues with support, billing etc that ends up being placed on the plate of the AE. Many frustrated clients because of very high account manager turnover. Do not get fooled by the OTE. Wish I never joined.

Little to no support after post sales. Doing more csm, cse, accounts recievable than selling. Low comp compared to peers
