Experience is great here, pay in my opinion is very competitive. They also push to train sales people and hire quality people. As usual though the organisation does make sales do what marketing must do sometimes etc. Also far too worried about diversity and 'inclusion' to the point of pushing an agenda and reverse sexism. However a great product so always some need for any organisation, speaking with customers can be easy as people know about Cloudflare. Culture is good, more senior people are fantastic to get along with as they don't play with the 'political game' most jobs do but lower positions unfortunately do.

Lots of unnecessary pressure from Latam Leadership. Hostile sales environment where they truly make you feel like just a number.
