Current Employee The product is a great fit for the market, but there have been changes recently to the comp plans that seem to be deliberately designed to make it harder and harder to hit your quota.
Quota increases are either totally fine or absolutely insane, with one quarter seeing a 5% increase, followed by the next quarter seeing a 70%+ increase.
There are also a lot of comp plan changes coming down the pipe that will absolutely mess with the ability to hit quota and your payout, so be warned about that.
If you can make it through all that, Cloudflare has some great managers, and the product is positioned well, and Cloudflare has some name recognition to help your career in the future, but commission will be harder to get.
