The people hired are great, but unfortunately not provided with the opportunity to succeed due to poor distribution of accounts, lack of inbound leads, close to no proactive channel partner relationships (improving), accompanied by a lack of support, customer success and SE team resources. It will be a long journey to rectify, but the product and excellent employees will pull it through.
