The worst sales org I've been apart of, which is disappointing because product is great. They don't know how to take product to market. Expectations for sales department are unrealistic. Leadership is toxic to their sellers. Commission payouts are once every quarter, 45 days after quarter. Overall would not recommend Cloudflare to any sales professional, until they figure out sales motion and expectations by sales leadership are corrected.

I wouldn’t recommend Cloudflare to anyone as a sales org. The culture they sell in interviews vs the reality do not match. Unrealistically short ramp times, lack of support and training for new reps, extremely cut throat, lack of accounts, unpredictable territory changes and firings, even demotions. Currently going through a lot of transformations. Leadership is changing frequently. GTM is not good. There is a too generous free tier for customers, usually that itself is a competition. Solid products on App Sec. Zero trust products are getting stabilised. Annual appraisal is just a name sake, usually 2% increments.
