My tenure at Cloudflare was long, and can be characterized differently throughout the different stages of growth. Overall, there are opportunities to do very well, but the reality is that it's only limited to a slim minority. The ability for someone from the outside to ramp, and do well becomes increasingly difficult due to current segmentation, lack of continuity in management, and the lack of resources provided by the company.

Great product. Sales org needs lot of work. Internal processes are not the best and this job a lot harder. Supporting resources are stretched thin

Team culture was pretty great as the team just started to grow in APAC region. There was plenty of space for BDRs to source their pipeline.
