Excellent application security products that customers love. The SASE suite has evolved alot over the last 2 years as well and is getting more competitive. This is reflected by the recent forrester wave that placed Cloudflare ahead of Zscaler for SASE. Also their continued innovation means there are always new products to be selling and conversations to be had with customers.

Senior leadership micromanages. The company hired way too many reps. Sales operations non-existant. Support for customers is terrible now
