Awful training, terrible management, and they lie in the interview process about only working inbound demo leads. They start you off having to prospect and book 10 demos within a 30 day period from multiple unorganized and outdated excel sheets, many of which the contact details aren't even in service anymore. Would avoid at all costs, only the top 2 AMs make any real money and it's due to all of the good leads funneling to them, everyone else gets scraps and told they too will make a lot of money if they just put in the work.

Great job ,great management .No micromanaging . Just know your base is impossible to live off of and you’d don’t make any commission until maybe your 2nd year because all the senior reps get all the good leads and double the leads you get .
