Company is starting to slightly decline ,people are getting laid off a lot. Definitely a nice place to work but base it sub par and you’ll have to really build your pipeline and close a lot of deals to make OTE what you would make as base somewhere else. Decline in sales could be CLM market in general since it is saturated. A good first step for someone looking into SaaS sales.

Great job ,great management .No micromanaging . Just know your base is impossible to live off of and you’d don’t make any commission until maybe your 2nd year because all the senior reps get all the good leads and double the leads you get . Awful training, terrible management, and they lie in the interview process about only working inbound demo leads. They start you off having to prospect and book 10 demos within a 30 day period from multiple unorganized and outdated excel sheets, many of which the contact details aren't even in service anymore.
