Current Employee3.4Sep 15, 2023Cogent has been good to me. But I've seen what it does to people who aren't ready for it and the vast vast majority aren't. Its a 0 support sales role but they will absolutely give you time to grow into it. If you have 5+ years to hit quota or are comfortable with the salary (which ranges massively from 50k-100k all depending on years of exp) its not a bad gig at all.
