Former Employee Company almost entirely promotes from within, and great opportunity for hands on experience. The role is much better in the UK than in the US: the sales direction is entirely influenced by the UK and making the reps there as successful as possible. The product is not a great of a fit in the US, and management rarely communicates with the US team and does not really take their workflows into consideration at all. Current Employee Good place to work with some things that need to be ironed out
