Current Employee Culture slipped slightly around few months back as a result of new SDR comp structure and redundancies in the AE team, however, it's now back on the up. SDR org has found a comfortable size where they can efficiently support the AE team.
Still massive issues with product in deals to larger orgs. Security isn't up-to-par with Zoominfo and neither are integrations. Lots of Upper MM and ENT deals are lost to these two areas. Data quality and coverage also not improving at a rate where Cognism is dominating competitors. Cheaper competitors are sometimes winning deals as Cognism data only performs 10-15% better for a 50%+ premium on cost.
