Current Employee Culture is toxic, stay away. Expectations are unrealistic and if you don't tow the company line and "get onboard" (in other words do as your told and don't speak your opinion) you are gone.
I've seen "people first" cultures. This is the opposite, people are not a priority and are the scapegoats for lost deals even though the product is inferior to competitors
