Overall positive experience, but am not sure this is a great role in the long haul. Maybe it is, depends on ability to continue to perform and maintain work life balance for me. The base is the highest I've ever had and still feels low for the work being done. Systems clutter and related issues are far from ideal. Leadership continues to make changes that seem disconnected from frontline sales
