The position is fine for entry level. It was significantly misrepresented to me during my interview process. The amount of reps exceeding target was just flat lied about.

My overall experience has been extremely positive from a career standpoint. Some of the individual contributor roles can feel overworked and underpaid, but the investment in professional development is second to none. Leadership is hyperfocused on new meetings set and development of each deal. Monthly quotas are driving the entire focus, quarterly/annual performance is almost disregarded. Absolutely need to grind to perform.
