Current Employee I work as an AE for a MM/Enterprise expansion team in NYC. Great company overall, a place to learn and grow in the future. While our company has the resources to succeed in this market, I think that management is ill prepared to sell in NYC; it seems they have underestimated our sluggish sales processes and lack of systematic support when a deal is closed, combined with a plethora of competitors that can deliver services faster and cheaper with less hassle than us. We are less competitive than we should be, because I believe we have a strong product set and good people in place to win, but our leadership is not prepared.
