Great company great culture. A lot of new pressure about selling cellphone services which affects the pay. Once the pay gets affected the moral is not there anymore, no one is happy.

Everyday i hear that i need to do something different and conflicting with the information from the day before, your bosses will expect you to change your schedule on their whim even if its a closing appointment, if you can fall in line like a good little soldier this role is for you, if you want freedom stay away.

My overall experience has been extremely positive from a career standpoint. Some of the individual contributor roles can feel overworked and underpaid, but the investment in professional development is second to none. Great product, but difficult to compete on price compared to other vendors in the IT/Telco space. Back office and sales order processes can be very challenging. Culture is great, but there's a lot of internal competition over the best accounts.
