Former Employee2.7Jul 9, 2024My overall experience was great at first, then they promoted a Residential Sales Manager to Director of Enterprise sales and it was not the same. You can not have a succesful Enterprise B2B team doing business like a residental B2C team and expect to succeed.

Management was atrocious, training was a good concept but then follow through and continued coaching did not exist.
