comcast business has been shredded beyond recognition. Utah leadership increased quotas, decreased payouts and quota retirements and got rid of all incentives. It was all but confirmed to my direct boss that our director/vp cut incentives and development programs to make it look like the region was more profitable. I advise against working here unless it's your very first AE role and all you can get

Overall positive experience, but am not sure this is a great role in the long haul. Maybe it is, depends on ability to continue to perform and maintain work life balance for me.
