How donde Sales Development leaders get paid? Share of OTE 65/35 or 70/30? Commissions are based on SQLs or ARR?

I’m interviewing with Oracle, IC5 data platform rep. D.C. area. Job posting references $126K to $207k. I assume that’s base and OTE could be between $250K to $415K, excluding RSU. I don’t think they do bonus. What can I expect on high end of salary and RSU package.

I am looking at a Sales Representative role for OCI based in Australia. The recruiting team are telling me they never provide RSU's as a part of the initial package. Can anyone from Australia confirm if they were offered RSU's as a part of their initial package?

Safe to assume OCI is the BU to be in if you want to really max out earning potential? Is all this AI spend evenly distributed across territories - or does its accrue to only a handful of Key Account / Strat Reps and they're the only ones cashing in?

Are most the 3-5 year Sales roles at Oracle fully remote?

We’re thinking: Cloud Infrastructure Cloud Application Fusion Cloud ERP Netsuite Cloud ERP Are these appropriate? Or maybe other internally known business units that operate independently?

Any interview advice for relatively junior rep? Is there a particular sales methodology/training that Oracle uses that would be beneficial for me to study up on ahead of time?
