New acquisition organization was created without a concrete plan. Leadership is weak and not very competent. Colleagues in the Acquisition sales organization are nice but the vibe declined as half of the team was fired or went to other companies. Future is quite incertain. Salaries are above average for Spanish standards

The product vision is unclear and Confluent is facing challenges from an increasing number of competitive options. Leads are incredibly rare and the incentive structure was recently redone to be unachievable. Almost everyone is at 0% or lower for their consumption quota.
