If your goal is to hop into BDR role for 12-18 months (industry standard) and move up to AE, look elsewhere. 3-4 year long BDRs that are here and still no opportunity whatsoever for AE. Former Employee3.4May 17, 2024Overall experience was great. I joined the company while it was still "professionalising". Their base salary wasn't great compared to others in the market but I've heard their compensation + sales processes have gotten better 5 years on.
