My time at Contentful was interesting. Poor sales leadership, coupled with unaware ELT to market demands, led to desperate sales team. The quotas were unattainable based on existing leads/prior year's sales. VP's "plan" to increase leads was laughable. It was the worst-run sales org I've ever seen.
