This year’s been a dumpster fire. Unachievable targets, minimal leads, constantly changing processes, low morale, more turnover than I’ve seen in my 5+ years, and many occasions of new sales leadership subtly blaming tenured reps for poor results. As if it’s our fault they’ve run this ship into the iceberg…

Sales culture has decreased drastically. Compensation plans are not motivating, and Cornerstone has to find its momentum as a HR tech leader again. The change has to happen at the top.
