Sales culture has decreased drastically. Compensation plans are not motivating, and Cornerstone has to find its momentum as a HR tech leader again. The change has to happen at the top.

Plenty of technology for sales enablement; however, the lead flow and sales processes make selling challenging. With the right leadership and understanding this could be a great sales role.
