Current Employee The sales role has gone steadily downhill for a few years. Marketing’s been broken for 3 yrs and yet we’ve seen no solutions. Net new sales is treated as 2nd class behind account managers. New leadership’s actions make one wonder if they’re trying to get good capable reps to quit by micromanaging and destroying morale. Less than 20% of reps hit quota last year and they’re raising the target 40% YOY. Wise leadership wants their team to stretch, but feel that the goals are attainable.
