Former Employee Cornerstone OnDemand was once a leader in the learning and talent management space, known for its innovation and strong workplace culture. However, in recent years, the company has struggled with a "flavor of the month" mentality when it comes to product direction, frequently shifting focus without seeing initiatives through to meaningful results. Leadership lacks long-term strategic commitment, making it difficult for employees and customers to feel confident in the company's trajectory. While it was a great place to work in its heyday, those days are long gone and unlikely to return. Overall, I would not recommend Cornerstone OnDemand. Browse Other Reviews
