While I respect that Couchbase is a values-based work culture and led that way by the exec team, the opportunity is truly feast or famine and very much determined by the relative luck or lack therefore regarding territory and assignment of any healthy customer accounts. I experienced A LOT of churn at the mgr level in the Northeast region as well which wasn't conducive to consistent support either.
