Current Employee The people across the organization at Couchbase are great. I found that, contrary to most other organizations I've worked for, the leadership at Couchbase really strives - and succeeds - at being open and transparent in their communication. The challenge at the time I worked for Couchbase was the product-market fit. The product was/is great, it was just too early.
