I found that, contrary to most other organizations I've worked for, the leadership at Couchbase really strives - and succeeds - at being open and transparent in their communication. The challenge at the time I worked for Couchbase was the product-market fit. The product was/is great, it was just too early.

Former Employee2.9Aug 3, 2023I am shocked the rating is this high. the only positive thing about this company was the co-workers. you will have quota change many times even in the middle of the QTR you will also have to watch payroll very closely to ensure you are being paid correctly. pay scale also change many times. every change to pay or quota resulted in less money for us and much more...Read More

Current Employee2.4Dec 10, 2024Infuriating. Lots of colleagues disappear both figuratively and literally. This leaves those left with gaps in knowledge and processes. Little thought seems to go into the impact of these decisions.
