Current Employee Employee churn is extremely high right now - both ICs and leaders (including many long-tenured team members with 5+ years at the company) have been leaving in large numbers. Most colleagues I speak with are actively exploring other opportunities.
The GTM strategy has shifted heavily from direct to indirect sales and partner referrals, which has had a big impact on pipeline generation. The ADR team was reduced to just one per region and is now focused solely on inbound leads.
At the same time, leadership has set aggressive targets, and with high AE turnover, most supporting teams are struggling to get anywhere near OTE.
