Current Employee Company is stuck in the glory days. Management and leadership have not kept up with the times and still are using the same tactics that worked before the pandemic. As for SMB, Crowdstrike is way too expensive for SMB organization and most reps do not hit quota. Favoritism is a real thing here, if you don’t fit the “White hippy Austin” mold, you will have a tough time fitting in.
