Great company, with normal hyper growth challenges. Lot’s of potential to earn if you are in the right role. Upward mobility is challenging. Great product and market fit. Base salary seems low compared to similar roles at other companies.

Sadly at CrowdStrike, they have enabled a culture of sellers where it’s less important of how hard you work and grow as a seller, and more important what team you’re on and what their market opportunities look like.
