Vibes at the office make you want to go more than the necessary, they often organize activities such as team buildings, meals etc. Managers are superb. I wouldn't live in spain if it wasn't for CrowdStrike's job opportunity.

SMB is a real grind fest. 50 dials a day, 250 people in sequence, management will ping you if your pickup rate is less than satisfactory. 0 team culture in SMB. Bad SMB leadership constant - us versus them mentality with SDR team...Read More
