The only gripe I have with the org is the dilution of TAM due to overhiring Account Executives and the low base salary compared to what CAE's earn at comparable orgs. The company has split accounts over and over while increasing quotas each year to appease Wall Street. More policies being put in place for more oversight and management of people’s job functions
