leadership could be more involved with the development of it's reps. base pay is below average but the upside in commision if you are in a good territory makes up for the low base

Leadership is numbers mentality and not super constructive. Environment is very much feast or famine and territory dependent. Good luck if you’re selling into a rural area as your quota will be the same as someone selling into San Francisco.
