Overall experience has been great. However, over hiring with the sales team and territory changes have made this year very difficult. Would say like any company some reps that closed some big deals are crushing it while others are struggling.

CrowdStrike as an org is incredible, however, they’ve over diluted the UK market with in-realistic quotas.
