I have nothing bad to say about CrowdStrike; excellent product-market fit, competent leadership that continues to pour $$ into R+D and strategic acquisitions. The only gripe I have with the org is the dilution of TAM due to overhiring Account Executives and the low base salary compared to what CAE's earn at comparable orgs. The upside is that we are a market leader and the C-Suite feels comfortable when purchasing CrowdStrike.

Company is stuck in the glory days. Management and leadership have not kept up with the times and still are using the same tactics that worked before the pandemic. As for SMB, Crowdstrike is way too expensive for SMB organization and most reps do not hit quota.
