Product nearly sells itself despite competition, great growth rates and strong C Suite. OTE is low but other programs make up the delta and quotas are challenging but realistic to hit

Severely dropped commission rates for renewals and NPACV. Company is now scrambling with offering SPIFFS to entice people to stay with one big caveat. You have to be at the company Q1 of next year to get the SPIFF payout. Shady commission practices and zero transparency.
