Current Employee Worked as an SDR and was promoted after 17 months. Great product in the security space but pay sucks. If you want people to be based in Austin, you need to pay them according to cost of living. $100k OTE for a mid-market role is terrible. Should at least be $130K. Great company culture tho, and even better product.
