Leadership is numbers mentality and not super constructive. Environment is very much feast or famine and territory dependent. Good luck if you’re selling into a rural area as your quota will be the same as someone selling into San Francisco. Company is stuck in the glory days. Management and leadership have not kept up with the times and still are using the same tactics that worked before the pandemic. As for SMB, Crowdstrike is way too expensive for SMB organization and most reps do not hit quota.
